When It’s Time to Prioritize Your Oral Health
From the moment you call to schedule an appointment, our team at Wright Naeger Dentistry is here to make sure you have a stress-free, enjoyable experience. Not only do we promise to take our time when examining your smile and listening to your concerns, but we also use a modern and compassionate approach from beginning to end. But before you walk through our doors, we want you to have all the information you need to feel confident on the big day. Feel free to review the following details and call us if you have any questions.
Your First Visit
Your first appointment takes about two hours, giving us time to provide a comprehensive, relational, and exceptional experience. You’ll meet one of our dentists, a dental assistant, and a hygienist from our team who will take their time examining and cleaning your smile and listening to and addressing any questions or concerns you might have. Here’s what you can expect during your first visit:
- Comprehensive Care: We’ll perform a full exam with X-rays, oral cancer screening, and a complete evaluation of your teeth, gums, and bone health. We’ll review your dental history and goals to create a plan tailored to you.
- A Patient-Focused Approach: We take the time to get to know you, answer your questions, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way.
- Leave with a Refreshed Smile: Our hygienist will provide a thorough cleaning, polish your teeth, and offer fluoride treatment if desired, leaving your smile healthy and bright.
By the end of your visit, you’ll have a clear picture of your oral health and a plan designed just for you.
Patient Forms
We encourage you to complete your forms at home to save time at your visit. Most of our patients prefer to fill out their new patient forms before arriving. When you schedule your appointment, our team will provide a link to our forms so you can complete them in advance and enjoy a quicker, smoother check-in.
Dental Insurance
We’re happy to work with your insurance! While we’re not in-network with any plans, our office gladly accepts all traditional dental insurance (excluding HMOs). Our team will help you maximize your benefits and handle the paperwork for you at the time of treatment.
Our financial team works hard to ensure you receive the best care possible, not just what your plan covers. If you have insurance questions your employer can’t answer, we’re happy to help, just give us a call!
CareCredit Financing
Being able to afford the out-of-pocket costs associated with your treatment may not be possible; however, with CareCredit Financing, you can stick to your budget and avoid emptying your savings. CareCredit offers low- and no-interest payment plans that vary in length but allow you to pay your bill over time. Instead of worrying about surprise fees or early payoff penalties, you can take advantage of a more affordable and reliable option when pursuing better oral health.
In-House Dental Savings Plan
If you’re uninsured, we want to welcome you to call to learn more about our in-house dental plan! We have different membership tiers designed to help children, adults, and those with gum disease maintain healthy smiles. Simply sign up, pay your monthly or annual fee, and receive access to all of the routine preventive services you need to keep your oral health on the right track.
Text to Pay is Available!
